Who's Up Next ? Right before I head out, I always do that little mental check-in. Keys? Phone? Cool. Mind already in work mode? Definitely.

Ace Montoya is signed, sealed, and no longer my problem to stress over. That chapter closed clean. Which means it’s time to do what I actually love… find the next one. Emails waiting, names floating, talent that doesn’t even know yet that their life is about to change.

As much as I love my home office and the comfort of working in my own bubble, today called for the real office. Meetings on the calendar, doors to walk through, and Jeremy on standby with his ear glued to the streets. I told him to bring me pitches, not dreams. If it don’t make sense on paper and in the room, I’m not biting.

This part isn’t flashy. No cameras, no announcements. Just reading between the lines, asking the right questions, and figuring out who’s next before the blogs do. The wins always look sudden from the outside… but in here? It’s calculated.
